Coaching for all abilities provided by British International Marathon Runner, Natasha Wilson (nee Cockram)

Mission: Get more people running and help those who already run reach the next level. From first time marathon runners, 6 hour marathon runners, sub 2:30 marathon runners, couch to 5km and everything in between.  

My Coaching Philosophy

My aim as a coach is to provide bespoke plans specific to each individual athlete. From my own experience as an elite athlete I have learnt there isn't a one-size-fits all approach. I am aware that each individual has varying commitments outside of running, thus I aim to tailor plans around each athlete's life so they can continue to grow and develop as a rounded individual whilst also working towards their running goals. 

I believe the better the communication and relationship between athlete and coach the better support I can provide resulting in a higher success rate.
